Waterbury’s Fulton Park, was designed by landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted, the same architect who designed Central Park in New York City. Dr. Robert Gallo, the co-discoverer of HIV is a Waterbury native as is NASA Astronaut Rick Mastracchio.
