Waterbury HEALTH offers home health care to our patients who wish to recover and rehabilitate from an illness, injury, or surgery in the familiar surroundings of their home. VNA Health at Home, a wholly owned affiliate of Waterbury HEALTH, is a private home care agency that has served the Greater Waterbury region for over 80 years.
Our multidisciplinary team includes skilled nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides who deliver high-quality, compassionate care to every patient. We carry out personalized treatment plans that meet patients’ specific needs and help them regain their health and independence.
